There can be nothing more appeasing to the taste buds than the combination of asparagus and sesame seeds cooked to perfection. Quick to make and yummy to eat is what rightly describes this stir fry.

Ingredients


4 cups asparagus, cut 50 mm. (2") long (blanched)
3 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped ginger
3 tsp soy sauce
3 tsp sesame seeds (til), toasted
1 tsp cornflour mixed with ½ cup water
a pinch of sugar
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
