4 tbsp chocolate powder
3 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp sugar
2 cups milk
5 to 6 marie biscuits
2 to 3 drops of vanilla essence


  1. In one cup of milk add 4 tbsp of chocolate powder and 4 tbsp of another cup of milk add 3 tbsp of corn flour and mix well.
  2. In one saucepan add both the cups of milk and stir it.boil it till its thick .then add 2 spoons of cream and mix last put crushed marie biscuits .and keep in the freeze.not in the ice.
  3. For dressing
  4. Mix 4 spoons of cream and 1 spoon of sugar.and mix well.
  5. When the pudding is little set .take it out from the freeze and put this dressing of cream on the top and sprinkle chocolate powder on top so it looks fantastic.then again keep in the freeze for 15 minute and serve chill.
