Ingredients



For the paste
10 dry red chillies
5 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
3/4 cup chilli-garlic sauce
2 tsp sugar

Method


    For the paste

    1. bring one cup of water to a boil.
    2. add the red chillies and garlic and cook for 8 to 10 mins. cool
    3. drain out the water. grind into a smooth paste in a liquidiser
    4. using 2 -3 tbsp of water in which the chillies were boiled.
    5. Mix maggi chilli garlic sauce, sugar and the chilli garlic paste.
    6. serve this sauce with spring rolls.
