  1. Heat the butter in anon-stick kadhai and add the rice.
  2. Add sugar and grated orange skin in rice and stir occasionally.
  3. After the rice has absorbed sugar and turned dry, let the rice cool down.
  4. Before serving, add all fruits and toss well.
  5. Serve warm.
