Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll out each portion into a 125 mm. (5?) diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
  3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each paratha, using ¼ tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  4. Serve immediately.

I made this paratha for break-fast and everyone enjoyed eating it with curds... It is a great one dish meal.

This paratha is like all in one paratha...ingredients and nutrient wise..no doubt it has iron..but it is also full of protein, B-complex vitamins and minerals...
