Mozzarella cheese and colourful vegetables help make this low fat potato snack as appealing as a regular pizza.

Ingredients


4 medium potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
2 cups boiled mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup grated mozzrella cheese
2 tsp butter
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste

For the tomato sauce
4 large sized tomatoes
1 bayleaf (tejpatta)
4 to 6 black peppercorns (kalimirch)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil or oil
salt to taste

oil for greasing
