Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut suran into squarish 1`` pieces.boil it in salt water
  2. Chop onion finely.deseed the chillies.
  3. Make a paste of chillies,ginger,garlic,coriander,jeera & little onion.
  4. Blanch the tomatoes.
  5. De skin it & chop.
  6. Saute the onion in ghee till brown.
  7. Put the ground paste &stir.
  8. When done put the tomatoes &stir.
  9. Add salt.
  10. Add suran to it.put a little water.
  11. Put nutmeg & javitri powder & 2 drops of red colour.
  12. Switch off the flame after a boil.
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves.
