Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat a non-stick pan and when hot, dry roast the mint till crisp. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the rice with 3 cups of water and cook till the rice is done.
  3. Add 1½ cups of water, curds and cornflour and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the dried mint and salt and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
