Hi, how do I make this without a pressure cooker plz?

Tarla Dalal    You can cook the rice on a stove top in a pot, but prefer not to throw away the water in which you cook the rice. Also ensure the rice is very soft for the baby to eat.

Can we give millets also in the same manner?

Tarla Dalal    Yes millets can also be introduced after rice, but avoid the whole grains. Begin with small quantity of flours in the form of https://www.tarladalal.com/Bajra-Porridge-for-Babies-38838r https://www.tarladalal.com/Bulgur-Wheat-Porridge-for-Babies-3060r
