Rice mash is widely recommended as a great starter to the weaning process. It is easily digestible and is more hygienic than other foods like fruit juices, which are open to chances of contamination due to the several steps involved in preparation. Dilute the rice mash with milk (breast or top) to thin down the consistency so that it easy for your baby to swallow.
