Rice paratha is an innovative recipe of stuffing leftover cooked rice in parathas. The rice filled rotis or parathas have been seasoned aptly to suit every palate.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Sprinkle water in the rice flour and steam the flour in idli steamer.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and knead into a stiff dough.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
  4. Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot.
