The traditional rice chila made with buttermilk and cabbage, makes all the difference.
- Mix all the ingredients except the oil. If the mixture is thick, add a little extra buttermilk.
- Heat a non-stick tava and spread a little mixture on it while spreading a little oil on the side. Turn it over and cook on the other side. Repeat for the remaining mixture.
- Serve hot
