3 celery (ajmoda) , each cut into 25 mm. (1“)
1/2 cup red capsicum cubes
1/2 cup yellow capsicum cubes
1/2 cup chopped spring onions with the greens
1 cup cucumber cubes
1 cup tomato cubes
6 spears asparagus , each cut into 25 mm. (1“)
1/2 cup sliced carrots

To Be Mixed Into A Peanut Dressing
4 tbsp crushed peanuts
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 clove garlic (lehsun) , crushed
juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and keep refrigerated.
  2. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.
