Red Cabbage, Radish and Carrots In A Honey Dressing

A colourful salad that is difficult to resist. The orange and lemon dressing adds a cooling and refreshing flavour which also increases the vitamin c content of the salad. Feel free to choose any combination of crunchy vegetables you like.

Ingredients


1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup carrot , thinly sliced
1/2 cup white radish (mooli) , thinly sliced
1/4 cup capsicum , thinly sliced

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp orange juice
1/8 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and to taste

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl and refrigerate.
  2. Add the dressing to the salad just before serving and toss well.
  3. Serve chilled.
