NUTRITIOUS THALIPEETH


A typical Maharashtrian snack, which can be whipped up in a jiffy and is an ideal choice to avoid fluctuations in blood sugar levels before lunch.

Preparation Time : 4 mins.
Cooking Time : 10 mins.

Makes 6.

Ingredients
3 tablespoons bajra flour (black millet flour)
3 tablespoons jowar flour (white millet flour)
3 tablespoons whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
3 tablespoons besan (bengal gram flour)
¾ cup shredded cabbage
¼ cup chopped onions
½ teaspoon finely chopped green chillies
½ teaspoon coriander-cumin seed (dhania-jeera) powder
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
Salt to taste
Other ingredients
1 teaspoon oil for cooking
