MIXED SPROUTS SALAD
Maintain your blood sugar levels with this interesting combination of subtly spiced sprouts and vegetables.

Ingredients

¾ cup boiled mixed sprouts (kabuli chana, moong, rajma, matki, etc.) |
|
|
¼ cup grated radish (mooli) |
|
|
¼ cup chopped tomatoes |
|
|
¼ cup chopped small fenugreek (methi) leaves |
|
|
2 tablespoons chopped coriander |
|
|
Salt to taste |
|
For the tempering
|
|
|
1 green chilli, slit |
|
|
A pinch of asafoetida (hing) |
|
|
1 teaspoon oil |
|
Method
|

Combine all the salad ingredients together in a bowl and keep aside.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the green chillies and asafoetida.

Add all the other ingredients and toss well. Serve immediately.
