Adjust the sugar according to the acidity of the mango. this juice is good to drink during the summer months and can be given to children to relieve the heat.

Ingredients


small raw mango - 1
sugar - 1 cup increase or decrease according to the mango
water - 4 cups

Method

  1. roast the mango on a flame till it is well cooked. cool and peel the charred skin. squeeze the pulp into a bowl and strain it thro' a seive. add sugar and water, stir well
  2. Till the sugar dissolves. healthy juice is ready to serve.
