Method

  1. Grate the mango, add coconut,salt, greenchillies, jaggary, mustard, hing,salt, coriander,and make a paste with very little water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard urad dhal ,channa dhal and curry leaves.
  3. Add ground nuts and fry till they are brown and finally the paste .
  4. Cook for a couple of minutes and finally mix in the rice taste and serve.
