Rasawala Dhokla ( Gujarati Recipe)

If you have enough dhoklas on hand, then this delectable one-dish meal can be prepared quite fast! Rasawala Dhokla is nothing but khaman dhoklas soaked in a sweet and spicy rasa (a thin sauce).

Rasawala dhokla is a full meal in itself. The syrup made the dhokla is sweet, sour and spicy in taste. It is a blend of all 3 kind of tastes. When normal khaman dhoklas are dipped into the syrup, it absorbs the water and also the taste of the syrup.. It is different and delightful.. Must try..
