throw the excess water from the vegetable to make the vegetable tasty. this is also called bhuji

Method

  1. Firstof all cut the radish and potatoes in to small cubes and also cut the leaves of radish .
  2. Now wash the vegetables in clean water thorowly now put the vegetables in pressure cooker and boiled for 5min with very little water(1tablespoon water and salt)
  3. Cool down the vegetables now make a tarka take a pan put some mustard oil warm it till fumes
