Preparation Time: 
Makes 1.5 cups

1 cup grated white radish (mooli)
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
3 green chillies
1/2 cup fresh curds (dahi)
salt to taste

For The Garnish
2 tbsp grated white radish (mooli) (optional)

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
  2. Keep refrigerated till use. Serve chilled garnished with white radish.

This chutney is really very unusual and is spicy and great to serve with tikkis and kebabs...
