Intersting stuffed malpua rabdi on a hot sizzler plate!!

For The Sugar Syrup
1 cup sugar
a few saffron (kesar) strands strands

For The Malpuas
200 gms fresh cream
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder

For The Stuffing
1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts

For The Rabdi
2 cups milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder

Other Ingredients
2 bananas leaf

for the sugar syrup

  1. Dissolve sugar in couble the amount water and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the saffron and mix well.
  3. Keep aside to cool.

for the malpuas

  1. Combine the cream, maida, cardamom powder and mix well to make a thick batter.
  2. Pour this batter on hot non stick pan make 4 malpuas and cook using ghee.
  3. Dip them in sugar syrup and keep aside.

for the rabdi

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a nonstick pan and cook till it reaches a thick onsistency.
  2. Keep aside.

how to proceed

  1. Heat the sizzler plate mildly not very hot and place the banana leaf on the wooden tray.
  2. Stuff the malpua with nuts and fold them and place them on sizzler plate and pour rabri on it serve hot.
