As this dosa requires no soaking or fermenting, it can be prepared in a jiffy when you are in need of a quick meal. The addition of cooked rice makes the dosas soft despite not soaking the raw rice. Quick rice dosa should be had immediately with nice sambhar and chutney.

I never thought raw rice or cooked rice can be used to make dosas. This is just superb! This softy softy dosas are small in size and so easy to cook. Whenever i have someleftover rice, i make this dosas.
