A delicious roti flavoured with mint and spiced with green chillies.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Sift the flour and salt together in a bowl. Add all the chopped ingredients and the ghee.
  2. Add water slowly, mix well and knead to a stiff dough. Knead well again, cover and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 6 portions. Shape into round balls and roll out into 125 mm. (5") diameter rounds.
  4. Cook on a tava on both sides.
  5. While serving, roast on fire on both sides and apply butter.
  6. Serve hot with raita and any vegetable dish.
