Ingredients

Method
  1. Roast the anardana slightly and powder them.
  2. Cut the onions very finely. Sprinkle a little salt, wait for 5 minutes and squeeze out the water completely.
  3. To the onions, add the green chillies, salt and powdered anardana.
  4. Add the ghee and 1/2 teaspoon salt to the flour and prepare a soft dough by adding water.
  5. Roll out a small roti, put a little of the onion mixture in it, close it and roll out again. Repeat for the rest of the dough.
  6. Roast the rotis lightly on a tava on both sides.
  7. When you want to serve, put the roti in a toaster, allow it to become crisp and serve hot.
