  1. Method: cut all the vegetables in cubes,
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, slightly fry the vadis keep aside. roast onions till golden brown, add red chilli powder and one teaspoon water.
  3. Add ginger garlic and green chillipaste fry for a while,add tomato puree and all the dry masalas, vegetables and vadi roast on a low flame for 5 minutes, add one tablespoon of water finally add garammasala cover the lid and cook till 2 whistles.
  4. Serve hot with roti or rice.
