Pudding cake is a lovely luscious dessert item with left over cakes poured over with warm milk, chopped almonds and powdered sugar. Serve the pudding cake chilled with cream or caramel sauce as topping.

Ingredients


1 vanilla plain cake
1 cup mixed fruit jam
5 to 7 strawberries
2 big sized cherries
1 bowl of vanilla flavoured custard powder
1/2 ltr milk
sugar to taste
few tutti-frutti

Method

  1. First cut the cake into half and make two portion. then apply jam on both the portions and keep it on a side.
  2. Then take vanilla custard powder to prepare custard.
  3. Boil milk first and then mix custaed powder in a bowl with a cold milk after the custard is mixed properly mix it in the boiled milk and stir for two mins till the custard is melt properly and yes see that no lumps are left out.
  4. Then after the milk becomes thick add tuti fruti little for the taste and stir it in the frizer for two to five mins then add it on the cake and put in the microwave for 8 mins and then decorate it with strawberry,s and cherrys and serve it in the plate.
