A book with a difference – it shows us how eating well while following a few simple lifestyle and dietary pledges makes you stay well life long. Of all the expert advices that we obtain, how much do we actually follow? How much is it actually possible for us to follow? Because years of practice cannot be changed or erased in one single sweep, one should change gradually and most importantly correctly. Remember it is only you who can motivate your own self to do so and move towards a healthier you. That is the basis of my new title "Eat Well, Stay Well".
Book comprises of seven sections viz. Ageing Gracefully, Enhancing Memory, Beating Stress, A Physically Active Lifestyle, A beautiful You, Boosting immunity and Detoxifying your Body. Each section explains the importance of lifestyle alterations and diet modifications (suitable to all age-groups) that can help you age gracefully, boost immunity, detox your body etc. Do not worry; we don't advocate you go on a strict diet! The Dietary pledges will tell you of simple ways to tweak our current diet, allowing you to enjoy your favorite foods and also making way to healthy alternatives. Finally, each section has several recipes that were carefully planned according to the foods allowed and food to be avoided as mentioned in dietary pledges.
