  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over a high flame, add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds.
  2. Add the onions, zucchini and olives and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes, cream and salt, mix well and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
  4. Add the noodles, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes and toss gently.
  5. Serve hot garnished with parsley.
