  1. Mix the spinach, lettuce and bean sprouts in a bowl.
  2. Put some ice water in the bowl and keep in the refrigerator.

How to proceed

  1. Drain the spinach, lettuce and bean sprouts.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and pretzel sticks and place in a serving bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing on top.
  4. Serve immediately.

  1. To make this salad more nutritious, you can add cottage cheese cubes to it.
  2. If you do not have pretzel, use thin bread sticks.
