Potato wedges coated with butter and spices, baked to crispiness and topped with cheese sprinklings.

  1. Mix the melted butter, olive oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, crushed pepper and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the potatoes and toss till the mixture coats the potatoes completely.
  3. Place the potatoes in a baking tray in a single layer and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked, stirring once in between.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top, mix well and bake for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
