A novel way of making this popular potato chaat.
- Wash the potatoes very well and parboil them in salted water. Drain.
- Deep fry in oil until brown in colour.
- Drain and keep on absorbent paper.
- Press and toss in black salt, lemon juice and salt.
- Serve hot.
