Ingredients


For the stuffing
2 boiled potatoes, cut into cubes
3/4 cup boiled green peas
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste


For the dough
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
2 tsp oil
oil for cooking
salt to taste

Method
  1. For the dough, mix all the ingredinets and add enough water to make a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll out each portion into rotis with the help of flour.
  3. Cook rotis on a non-stick tawa (griddle) using a little oil.
  4. For the stuffing, heat the oil and fry the cumin seeds until they crackle. Add the green chillies and fry again for a few minutes.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a few minutes. Mash slightly.
  6. To serve, put some stuffing on each rotis and roll into cigar shapes. Serve immediately.
