Ingredients


500 gms plums
500 gms sugar
2 sticks cinnamon (dalchini)

Method

  1. Wash the plums.put them in a dekchi with 3/4 cup water.boil till soft.
  2. Remove the seeds and mash the plums in water.
  3. Add sugar and cinnamon sticks.stir on high fire till the jam comes to a boil.
  4. Then go on stirring on a low fire till the jam becomes thick.
  5. Cool and bottle.
