This a quick subzi with high protein content especially when one is tired and wants a quick meal.

Ingredients


4 medium sized plums, chopped
1 packet sweet boondi
1 big onion, chopped
salt to taste
1 pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
finely chopped coriander (dhania)
fresh oregano (optional)
grated coconut (optional)

Method



  1. Heat oil add chopped onion saute till transparent.
  2. Add chopped plums turmeric powder and cook till they are well cooked
  3. Soak boondi in some water for a while, now squeeze boondi lightly and add to this mixture.
  4. Before serving add corriander,oregano, chilli flakes or coconut.
  5. Serve hot with chapatis and curd.
