An appealing Pistachio Salad with a combination of cut pecans tossed with mini marshmellows, canned crushed pineapple and pistachios. A hearty and delicious salad recipe which can double up as a dessert after meals too.

Ingredients


1 cup chopped pecan
1 cup mini marshmellows
20 oz tin of canned crushed pineapple
1 small box of pistachio pudding mix
9 oz of cool whip

Method

  1. Mix all and refrigerate.
