Here's a contrasting flavour of pineapple and ginger along with tulsi to prevent acidity.

Preparation Time:     Makes 2 glasses

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer using little water till smooth.
  2. Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
  3. Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour the juice over it.
  4. Serve immediately.
