Pineapple and Bean Sprouts Stir-fry ( Protein and Vitamin A Rich Recipe )

A stir-fry that is delectable; it has a lot of nutrients and roughage making it a perfect meal to keep you full and help you lose weight. Pineapples, crunchy vegetables and bean sprouts make it a visual delight as well. Try it!
- Heat the oil in a wok on a high flame, add the chilli flakes, pineapple, carrots, zucchini, bean sprouts, baby corn, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion whites and salt sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the spring onion greens, pineapple juice, soya sauce and sugar and sauté on a high flame for another 2 to 3 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
