Ingredients


4 brown bread slices, lightly buttered
2 tbsp finely chopped pineapple
2 tsp finely chopped celery (optional)
6 tablespoons grated cottage cheese (paneer)
salt to taste

Method
  1. Mix the pineapple, celery and salt.
  2. Spread the mixture on two bread slices evenly. Cover with the remaining slices.
  3. Cut into two and serve.
