An apple a day keeps the doctor away, they say. Team it with pineapple and you have a winning combo chock-full of energy, iron and vitamin C! Cucumber not only adds to the fluid content, but also balances the flavour well. All in all, the Pineapple, Apple and Cucumber juice is a great fruit-veg drink to start your day with.

Hopper Method
1 cup pineapple cubes
1 1/2 cups apple cubes (unpeeled)
1 cup cucumber cubes (unpeeled)
Hopper method

  1. Add the pineapple cubes, apple cubes and cucumber cubes a few at a time in the hopper.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the juice into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.

Juicer method

  1. This combination does not turn out well in a juicer because the texture of the ingredients are hard.

Pineapple is one of my favourite fruit and like it in juices to salads. Combined here with apple and cucumber also it tasted wow !!
