Phudina chutney, another traditional but popular option, the tang and tingle of this chutney wakes up your taste buds and makes you savour the flavour of not just the chutney but the snack it is served with too.

Preparation Time: 
Makes 1 cup


Ingredients

2 cups chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
1 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
3 to 4 green chillies , roughly chopped
12 mm ( 1/2”) piece ginger
juice of 1 to 2 lemons
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using a little water if required.
  2. Refrigerate and use as required.
