Method
  1. Put the tomatoes in hot water for 10 minues. Remove and blend into a puree.
  2. Heat the ghee, add the cauliflower florets and gently fry for 6 to 7 minutes. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same ghee, add the bay leaves and paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the tomato puree and curds and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cauliflower, green peas, cashewnuts, sugar, 1/2 cup of water and salt and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  5. Serve hot.
