Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients along with 2 tbsp of water and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
  2. Use as required.

Handy tip:

  1. If pine nuts are used in the recipe, lightly roast them, cool completely and then blend them in a mixer with other ingredients till smooth.

I never could imagine Pesto is sooo easy to make...Loved the taste of it..I made it with walnuts and it taste really good...
