Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a pan., add the onion, garlic and ginger and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the tofu, mushrooms, sugar and soya sauce. Mix well.
  3. Toss in the capsicums, spring onions, celery and cashewnuts and mix well.
  4. Add the stock, pepper powder and salt and stir till it is absorbed.

Tips
  1. Stir-fry this dish as close to serving time as possible.
