A simple italian based salad recipe.
- Place the cooked pasta and vegetables in a salad bowl and add the dressing.
- Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled.
- Add a dash of lemon to the sliced apples to prevent them from getting discoloured.
- While serving, you may need to add some additional dressing if the salad seems too dry.
