Method

    For the peanut sauce

    1. Boil ¾ cup of water in a vessel.
    2. Add all the ingredients and simmer for few minutes till the jaggery melts.
    3. Remove from the flame and keep aside.

    How to proceed

    1. Heat the oil in a wok, add all the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
    2. Add the peanut sauce and stir-fry for 2 to 3 more minutes.
    3. Serve immediately.
