Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cupcake

Makes 6 cupcakes


Ingredients

1 cup plain flour (maida)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1.5 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs

Method
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Spoon cupcake batter into cupcake mould until they are 2/3 full.
  3. Bake in a pre heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes clean.
  4. Cool 10 minutes in the mould, then move to wire rack to cool completely.
