Ingredients


1/4 cup oil
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 to 2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup castor sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 cups egg yolks
2 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2 1/2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Method

  1. Put oil,peanut butter,butter and castor sugar in a foodprocessor and blend.
  2. Now add egg,egg yolk vanilla essence and blend.
  3. Seive flour,baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  4. Add this mixture to the food processor and beat well.
  5. Shape like cookies and bake in the oven.
