Ingredients


115 gms plain flour (maida)
55 gms butter
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3 tsp finely chopped onions
2 pinches curry powder
2 pinches of salt

Method
  1. Apply the butter to the flour.
  2. Add the parsley, onion, curry powder, salt and enough water to make a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into strips about 50 mm. x 12 mm. (2" x 1/2"). Either pinch the strips inthe centre or twist.
  4. Arrange the twists on an ungreased baking tin and bake in a hot oven at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Serve hot or cold with soup.
