Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sliced papaya
2 tbsp low fat milk
1 tsp sugar

Method
  1. Blend the papaya, milk and sugar in a liquidiser.
  2. Pour the mixture into cups and put to chill.
  3. Serve chilled.
