2 1/2 cups raw papaya peeled and cut into juliennes
1/2 cup roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
3/4 cup sliced coloured capsicum
1/2 cup thinly sliced tomatoes
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

    Wow.. all the ingredients in this salad is just amazingly crunchy specially the peanuts that has been added.. Little on the spicy side.. but balanced taste with the lemon.. its a must try recipe..
